Davik produces carry handle tape for more than 20 years. Over the years, we developed different types of adhesives for carry handle tapes:
Carry handle for shrink film.
Davik first and most popular type of carry handle is the one that used on shrink pack. This tape has heavy duty MOPP carrier coated with high grade, hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive. The adhesive was specially developed in our lab for this use. It has high adhesion to PE which allows carrying a package weighing up to 18 kg.
Carry handle for PET bottles and carton.
Heavy duty MOPP carrier coated with high grade, Hot- Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive. This unique formula has high adhesion to PET and carton, which allows carrying a package weighing up to 18 kg.
Carry handle for pre shrink machinery.
Some of the handle applicators put the handle on the shrink film, before the shrink tunnel. In regular carry handle tape, this can cause the handle to shrink and the adhesion to the surface is not good. Therefore, Davik has developed special hot-melt adhesive formula (solvent free) coated on PET film. This carry handle tape has good adhesion to PE which allows carrying a package weighing up to 18 kg.

Carry handle tape for low weight packs.
This tape is used in packs up to 3 kg and is cheaper compared to other tapes. BOPP carrier coated with high grade of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive. Its formula has high adhesion to PE.
